Olibollen

It sure has been a long time since I have posted anything on my blog. I guess I am spending way too much time at work. I guess that is what happens when you enjoy your work.

Today we decided to make Olibollen. Olibollen is a dutch pastry kind of like a donut, only it has some fruit in it as well. Today we are making some with apples in it (they are my favorite)

Here I am just getting started on the mix. It takes just a few minutes.



Checking to make sure the dough is the right consistency.
